Get Started with TrainerPlan in 5 Steps for Athletes
1. Add an event
The first step to reaching your goals is to schedule your activities on the TrainerPlan calendar.
To add an event, select your desired date on the calendar, click the + button, and choose the 🏆 icon. Fill in the Name and Event Type, define your Goals, and finish by clicking Save.

2. Set up your training zones
To get the best results, it’s important to configure your training zones in TrainerPlan.
Go to your profile menu (top right corner) and select Settings. In the left-hand menu, click on Zones and enter your threshold values for Heart Rate, Power, and Speed/Pace. Click Save to apply the changes.

3. Build your training plan or find a coach
A well-structured training plan is key to achieving your fitness goals.
You have two options in TrainerPlan:
1. Build your own plan: Select a date in the calendar, click +, and choose the workout type. Customize the session by entering a Title and setting the Duration, Distance, or Effort. Click Save when you’re done.
2. Find a coach: If you prefer a more personalized approach, you can find a certified coach through TrainerPlan who will create a custom plan based on your needs and goals.

4. Sync your devices
Keep your training data up to date by connecting your devices to TrainerPlan.
TrainerPlan supports popular devices and apps like Garmin, Coros, Polar, Suunto, and Strava. Once connected, your workouts will sync automatically, providing accurate tracking of your progress.

5. Review your workouts
Analyze your sessions to better understand your performance and adjust your plan accordingly.
Select a completed workout from the calendar to view a summary of your data. For more detailed insights — like Peak Power or Heart Rate — click on the Details tab.
