From an athlete account, you can connect with a coach.

Connect with your coach

1. Go to your Profile and click on “Trainers.”
2. Add your coach’s email
3. A confirmation message will appear if the invitation was successfully sent
4. Your coach will receive a notification from TrainerPlan and will need to accept the connection for you to start training together

If you prefer, you can simply give your coach your email registered in TrainerPlan as an athlete, and they can send you an invitation to your email.
