Connect with Garmin

Login to your account and my profile > connections, find the ‘Connect with Garmin’ button.

In the side menu you will find the ‘Connections’ tab.

Select the option you want to import and sync your workouts. In this case, we will select ‘Connect with Garmin’.

A window will appear where you can connect to your account, using your Garmin Connect email and password.

In the next window, it asks you for permissions to access your account data, leave all the options activated and click Save.

A new window will ask you to confirm your selection. Click Confirm (Agree)

Then you will be redirected to TrainerPlan, where a new window will appear. Select the number of days you want to import from your Garmin account.

You can also not import any workout if you want to start from scratch on TrainerPlan.

From now on, all your new workouts will automatically sync.
