How to Quickly Duplicate a Workout in TrainerPlan

You can now duplicate workouts in your TrainerPlan calendar with a simple drag-and-drop action.

How it works

To copy a workout to another day:

  • Hold down the Cmd (⌘) key on Mac or the Ctrl key on Windows.
  • Drag the workout to the new day in the calendar.
  • Release it, and the workout will be duplicated automatically.

This feature lets you build training plans faster and more efficiently, without having to create workouts manually.
