How to create a static plan and assign it to a client on a specific date

A static Plan is made up of multiple activities that you can create and save to assign to your clients at any time.

You can save a lot of time if you have clients who need similar training plans — or simply activities they need to complete before starting their regular training.

In the main menu, select “Plans” and then choose “Static Plans”. Next, click the “New Static Plan” button.

The create new static plan window will appear, and you’ll be able to add a name, description, activity type, and the number of weeks it will have.

The next step is to add activities to this plan.

To assign this plan to a client or group, click the “Assign Plan” button and in the window that appears, select the client and the start date for the plan.

You can also select which day of the plan you want it to start on, making it more flexible to adapt to all your clients.

After assigning it, you can always add more clients from the “Athletes” tab.

You can also change the plan settings (name, description, activity type, and number of weeks) in the “Settings” section.
