Track workout compliance through different colors
Training blocks are now color-coded. This provides a quick and basic overview of individual stats and adherence to the planned training.
In addition to the sport type, title, and description, each block also displays distance, duration, and effort, making it easier to follow an athlete’s training at a glance.
Compliance colors are used to show how closely a completed workout matched the planned session. The color and arrow indicate how close the completed training was to the plan.
The arrow points up or down depending on whether the workout was over or under the planned values.
By default, the compliance colors follow these percentage ranges:
- Green: Completed between 80% and 120%
- Yellow: Completed between 50%–79% or 121%–150%
- Orange: Completed below 50% or above 150%
- Red: Not completed
- Gray: Unplanned free workouts
