Add Workouts to Your Clients
You can add workouts to your clients in various ways in TrainerPlan.
Directly from your client’s individual calendar, you can click on the “+” located on each day.
The “Workout Creation” window will open, where you can add a new workout.
It is also possible to reuse a workout that you have saved in the Library. To do this, simply click on the “Library” tab to the right of “Add New.”
From the “Library” window, you have access to all your saved workouts. Additionally, you can filter and search through all your files.
Expandable Sidebar
You can also use the sidebar to find the desired workout and simply drag it to the calendar.
You can search, add a new workout to the library, or filter your results directly from the Library.
Groups and Plans
It’s also possible to add workouts to your clients dynamically. This is useful if you train groups of athletes or training clubs that share much of the same workout.
With dynamic plans, you can add the same block of workouts to an entire group of athletes.
Additionally, you also have a global view of the groups, where you can see the entire week for each of your clients in that group at a glance.
