No tab-switching mid-conversation.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Attachments:<\/strong> send images and files directly in the thread \u2014 a route map, a gym video, a race bib confirmation.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Send to all:<\/strong> one message to everyone you coach, for race-week logistics or a session change.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Active and Archived:<\/strong> keep the list clean by archiving conversations you don&#8217;t need every day, without losing the history.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The chat widget: keep conversations open while you work<\/h3>\n<p>You rarely message someone <em>instead of<\/em> working \u2014 you message them <em>while<\/em> planning their week. That&#8217;s what the chat widget is for.<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Open the chat widget from anywhere in TrainerPlan and pick a conversation from its dropdown.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Keep several conversations open at the same time<\/strong> \u2014 reply to one athlete while another thread stays open beside it, exactly like the messaging apps you already use.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Your chats follow you across pages.<\/strong> Move from the calendar to an athlete&#8217;s profile to your plans and the open conversations stay put \u2014 no reopening, no losing your place mid-sentence.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Unread messages reach you anywhere:<\/strong> the badge appears on the chat icon and even in the browser tab&#8217;s favicon, so you notice a new message while working in another tab.<\/li>\n<li>For coaches with a team, conversations show a team badge so you always know which hat you&#8217;re wearing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The practical effect: you can build next week&#8217;s plan and answer three athletes without ever leaving the calendar.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">For athletes<\/h3>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Message your coach from the web, or from the <strong>Chats<\/strong> tab in the mobile app.<\/li>\n<li>Work with more than one coach, or with a coaching team?
