Uma \u00fanica conex\u00e3o, e o teu treino flui nos dois sentidos.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Como conectar a tua conta Wahoo<\/h3>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Inicia sess\u00e3o no TrainerPlan e abre <strong>Defini\u00e7\u00f5es \u2192 Conectar dispositivo<\/strong> (os atletas encontram-na na barra lateral do perfil).<\/li>\n<li>Procura o <strong>Wahoo<\/strong> na lista de integra\u00e7\u00f5es e clica em <strong>Conectar<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Inicia sess\u00e3o com a tua conta Wahoo e autoriza o TrainerPlan.<\/li>\n<li>E j\u00e1 est\u00e1 \u2014 a conex\u00e3o fica ativa de imediato. Podes desconectar a qualquer momento na mesma p\u00e1gina.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">O que sincroniza do Wahoo para o TrainerPlan<\/h3>\n<p>Depois de cada pedalada, o teu treino \u00e9 importado automaticamente com tudo o que o TrainerPlan precisa para uma an\u00e1lise completa:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Dura\u00e7\u00e3o, dist\u00e2ncia, desn\u00edvel acumulado e intensidade.<\/li>\n<li>Dados de pot\u00eancia, frequ\u00eancia card\u00edaca e cad\u00eancia, incluindo as tuas <strong>voltas<\/strong> exatamente como as gravaste.<\/li>\n<li>Tempo em zonas, curvas de rendimento e esfor\u00e7o \u2014 calculados automaticamente no momento em que a pedalada chega.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Se a pedalada corresponder a um treino planeado no teu calend\u00e1rio, o TrainerPlan junta os dois para o teu treinador ver planeado vs. realizado num relance, com as cores de cumprimento que j\u00e1 conheces do calend\u00e1rio.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Envia treinos planeados para o teu Wahoo<\/h3>\n<p>A conex\u00e3o tamb\u00e9m funciona no sentido inverso: os treinos estruturados planeados no TrainerPlan \u2014 incluindo intervalos com alvos de pot\u00eancia ou frequ\u00eancia card\u00edaca \u2014 s\u00e3o enviados para a tua conta Wahoo e aparecem no teu ELEMNT como um treino estruturado que podes seguir em tempo real.
