One connection, and your training flows in both directions.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to connect your Wahoo account<\/h3>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Log in to TrainerPlan and open <strong>Settings \u2192 Connect device<\/strong> (athletes will find it in the sidebar of their profile).<\/li>\n<li>Find <strong>Wahoo<\/strong> in the list of integrations and click <strong>Connect<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Sign in with your Wahoo account and authorise TrainerPlan.<\/li>\n<li>That&#8217;s it \u2014 the connection is active immediately. You can disconnect at any time from the same page.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What syncs from Wahoo to TrainerPlan<\/h3>\n<p>After each ride, your workout is imported automatically with everything TrainerPlan needs for a full analysis:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Duration, distance, elevation gain and intensity.<\/li>\n<li>Power, heart rate and cadence data, including your <strong>laps<\/strong> exactly as you recorded them.<\/li>\n<li>Time in zones, performance curves and effort \u2014 calculated automatically the moment the ride arrives.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If the ride matches a planned workout on your calendar, TrainerPlan merges the two so your coach sees planned vs. completed at a glance, with the compliance colours you already know from the calendar.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Send planned workouts to your Wahoo<\/h3>\n<p>The connection also works the other way: structured workouts planned in TrainerPlan \u2014 including intervals with power or heart-rate targets \u2014 are uploaded to your Wahoo account, so they appear on your ELEMNT as a structured workout you can follow in real time.
