Add notes and videos<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Each exercise can include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Notes (Instructions for the athlete)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Explanatory videos<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>6. Save the training<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Once finished:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Save the training<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assign it to one or more athletes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Wear it like any other workout<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>7.
