Access your training library or files<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sign in to your TrainerPlan account and go to the section where you save your workouts or files.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. Click on the \u201cMove\u201d option<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Once you have selected the files or workouts, you will see the option <strong>\u201cMove\u201d<\/strong> on the top toolbar. Choose the destination folder<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A dialog box will appear with the available folders in your library. Select the folder to which you want to move the files or workouts. Confirm the action<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After selecting the destination folder, click the button <strong>\u201cMove\u201d<\/strong> to confirm the action.
