Summary?<\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The AI Summary analyzes training data from the past few weeks (distance, duration, effort, goals, etc.) and generates a report divided into three key blocks:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Weekly Summary<\/strong> An overview of recent performance: volume, effort, consistency, and fitness.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Upcoming Events or Goals<\/strong> Information about future objectives (e.g., an upcoming race) and recommendations to be well-prepared.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Recommendations<\/strong> Automated suggestions for adjusting the training plan, focused on improving performance, preventing overtraining, and optimizing analyze?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The AI uses the following information:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>The past 28 days of training:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Both <strong>planned workouts<\/strong> and <strong>completed workouts<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Metrics such as duration, distance, effort type, and consistency.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Upcoming events and goals<\/strong> recorded in the athlete\u2019s profile:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>For example, races, competitions, or key performance tests.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Based on this data, the AI detects trends, changes in training load, fitness progression, and potential areas for improvement or adjustment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Where to view the summary?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>For now, the AI Summary is available <strong>only on the web version of TrainerPlan<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>To access it:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Log in at <strong>app.trainerplan.co<\/strong> from your computer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Open the profile of one of your athletes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A new <strong>AI section<\/strong> will appear at the top.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click the <strong>\u201cGenerate\u201d<\/strong> button.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><a see the auto-generated report with the three analysis blocks: weekly summary, upcoming events, and personalized recommendations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>How often is it updated?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The summary is automatically updated every <strong>Monday<\/strong>, based on the past <strong>4 weeks<\/strong> of training.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>It will <strong>only update if new data<\/strong> is available.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Important<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>This feature is available <strong>only for coaches<\/strong> with assigned athletes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Athletes <strong>do not see<\/strong> the summary directly, but they benefit from the adjustments and recommendations you apply to their plans.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong>Examples<\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Each summary is <strong>completely individual and personalized<\/strong>. The system relies on real training data and adapts to each athlete individually. It doesn\u2019t replace your expertise as a coach but provides a solid foundation to work faster and more efficiently.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Can it be enabled or disabled?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Yes.
