Aqu\u00ed ver\u00e1s tus sesiones de entrenamiento organizadas por d\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. <strong>Selecciona el d\u00eda<\/strong>: Haz clic en el d\u00eda donde deseas a\u00f1adir las m\u00e9tricas. Si ya tienes una sesi\u00f3n de entrenamiento programada, puedes a\u00f1adir las m\u00e9tricas junto a ella.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. <strong>A\u00f1ade una tarjeta de m\u00e9tricas<\/strong>: Haz clic en el bot\u00f3n \u201c+\u201d y selecciona \u201cM\u00e9tricas\u201d. Aparecer\u00e1 un men\u00fa desplegable donde podr\u00e1s elegir el tipo de m\u00e9trica que deseas registrar (como peso, masa grasa, etc.).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. <strong>Introduce tus datos<\/strong>: Introduce los valores correspondientes a cada m\u00e9trica que deseas registrar. Por ejemplo, si pesas 78 kg y tienes una masa grasa del 12%, solo tienes que rellenar esos campos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5. <strong>Guarda los cambios<\/strong>: Una vez hayas ingresado tus m\u00e9tricas, haz clic en \u201cGuardar\u201d. Las m\u00e9tricas quedar\u00e1n registradas en tu calendario y podr\u00e1s consultarlas en cualquier momento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Accede al historial de m\u00e9tricas desde el tablero del deportista<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s de registrar y visualizar tus m\u00e9tricas diarias en el calendario, TrainerPlan te permite acceder al <strong>historial de m\u00e9tricas<\/strong> directamente desde el <strong>tablero del deportista<\/strong>.
